Wayne, NJ – This past Friday, the Ironmen took part in a little bit of history. After closing out Ramsey in the quarter-finals of the Bergen County Tournament 10-0, Greg Toskos earned his 200th win as Head Coach.
Five different players scored goals for Bosco, led by their trio of Senior Captains. TJ Schweighardt (9 G, 20 A) had 6 assists on the night, while forwards Tyler Sedlak (23 G, 18 A) added 3 goals and 2 assists and Liam McLinskey (17 G, 22 A) chipped in with a pair of goals and 2 assists to pace Ironmen offense.
Since taking over the program 13 seasons ago, Coach Toskos has gone 201-99-25, while making three state finals appearances, one Gordon Cup Championship and won seven straight Bergen County Tournament championships as the Ironmen’s bench boss.
Following the game, Coach Toskos said, “We are lucky to have outstanding kids and even better players…they win the games, not us.”
