The Ironmen opened the season in solid fashion with back to back wins over Gordon Conference rivals Delbarton and Gloucester Catholic. Bosco jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead in the first period of the Delbarton game on goals by Senior Captain TJ Schweighardt and Senior Mark Garfinkel. Delbarton put on some pressure in the second period, cutting the lead in half, but Schweighardt ripped a shot top shelf mid 3rd period to put the game away and a 3-1 victory. Senior Max Schwarz was awesome in goal making 24 saves. The following night, Senior Co-Captain Tyler Sedlak popped home 2 goals while Co Captain Liam McLinskey added 2 assists in a 4-1 win over the GC Rams. Will Fortescue and Zack Hammond rounded out the scoring for the Ironman as Schwarz picked up his second win in back to back games.
